Thomas Mangin is the Operational and Technical Director of Exa Networks, an ISP he co-founded in 2003.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing with retro-computers using emulation, programming things for “fun” and Martial Arts (Aikido, Jiu Jitsu and Wing Chun)
